LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. This is a legally binding agreement. THE PARTIES SHOULD READ IT CAREFULLY. If the effect of any part of the Agreement or this Addendum is not understood, an attorney should be consulted BEFORE signing. Federal law may impose certain duties upon brokers, signatories, escrow agent, or settlement agent arising from this transaction generally and when any of the signatories is a foreign party or when certain amounts of U.S. Currency are received.
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. 2.1. The Supplier hereby acknowledges and accepts that, notwithstanding whether a Purchase Order is issued by HKSTPC, it is legally bound by these Terms and Conditions once it has been selected by HKSTPC as the Supplier pursuant to the selection procedure of the Tender Invitation.
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. The agreement is a legally binding instrument when signed by the student and accepted by the School. Your signature on this agreement acknowledges that you have been given reasonable time to read and understand it and that you have been given: (a) a written statement of the School’s cancellation, withdrawal and refund policy; (b) a School Catalog that includes a description of the educational services, including all material facts concerning the School and the program, which are like to affect your decision to enroll. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. MY SIGNATURE BELOW CERTIFIES THATI HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO MY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, AND THAT THE INSTITUTION’S CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES HAVE BEEN CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO ME I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. This document is a legally binding agreement between the Property Owner (as defined in the Backup Assistance Program) and SD1 that sets out the rights and responsibilities of each in connection with the Backup Assistance Program.

Buyer(s) has been advised by the Seller Parties to seek the assistance of legal, financial, construction, air quality, environmental and real estate professionals regarding Buyer(s) purchase of the Property and the terms of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, Xxxxx(s) represents and warrants that Xxxxx(s) has consulted with, had the opportunity to consult with or waived the right to consult with legal or other professionals Buyer(s) deems necessary. Accordingly, the terms of this Agreement not to be construed against Seller because Seller prepared this Agreement or construed in favor of Xxxxx(s) because Buyer(s) failed to understand the legal effect of the Provisions of this Agreement.

LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. This enrollment agreement is a legally binding contract upon acceptance of the student by the school unless the student cancels the enrollment within 3-business days of acceptance by the school day cancellation period. (initial)
